President of KC, Rt. Rev Dr. Howard Gregory was on May 17, 2012 enthroned as the 14th Lord Bishop of the Diocese of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. The installation took place before a packed congregation of at St James Cathedral, Spanish Town.

In delivering his sermon, Dr. Gregory reiterated his anticorruption theme as a rallying cry as he called on the church to apply greater inquiry in its fundraising efforts. Sounding much like KC founder Bishop Percival Gibson, the newly installed Lord Bishop extolled" I warn the church that the rallying cry and some of the fundraising activities need to be subjected to very close scrutiny as they run the risk of bringing drug and other tainted money into the coffers of the church".

Bishop Gregory dedicated himself to a life of holiness and obedience and called on the communion for its prayer to guide the Church on the path of holiness." This will only become a reality when the model for our understanding of our consecration comes from the life and witness of Jesus Christ"

Bishop Gregory succeeds Bishop Alfred Reid who retired after 11 years as head of the Anglian communion in Jamaica and Cayman Islands.
