Wednesday April 23rd, 2014
Accept delivery of the Kingston College Flags from Humphrey's Flag Company 238 Arch St., Philadelphia, PA

Delivery of the Official 5' x 8' KC Flag to Friends of Penn Relays by Principal Dave Myrie and Noel Spencer (2:30-3:00pm).

Thursday, April 24th, 2014
The Hospitality Suite is open to all KC guests.

University of Pennsylvania - Friends of Penn Relay and Kingston College Flag Hoisting Ceremony. Simultaneous flag raising with Kingston College in Jamaica, WI. The University officially hoists the KC flag at 9:00AM. The high school in Jamaica will concurrently hoist a similar flag on the school premises. (8:30am - 9:45am).

Introduction of Donovan Davis, 1964 Sportsmaster and Coach of the six member Kingston College Team, as the 2014 Honorary Carnival Referee.

Friday, April 25th, 2014
The Hospitality Suite opens to all our invited guests.

University of Pennsylvania and the Friends of Penn Relay host the Penn Relays Officials Reception.

Saturday April 26th, 2014
The Hospitality Suite opens to all our invited guests.

1:57 pm. Event #464: High School Boys' 4x100 Championship of America Presented by GraceKennedy.

2:00 pm. Event 465: High School Boys' 4x100 Small Schools  Presented by the Hon. Noel Spencer and Dr. Patricia Miller-Spencer, Dr. Errol Wilson, Audley and Shelly Hewett), on behalf of the KC Old Boys Association.

3:00 pm. Induction of the 1964 KC team into the University of Pennsylvania Relay Carnival Wall Of Fame.

3:04 pm. The official unveiling of the Kingston College flag at Franklin Field; The Exchange of the University of Pennsylvania commemorative 50th Anniversary flag and the exchange of the commemorative Kingston College flags with dignitaries and officials of the Friends of Penn Relays, The University of Penn Relays and Kingston College and its alumni.

Mr. Dave Myrie presents the commemorative 3'x5' KC flag to Dr. Amy Gutman 

Hon. Noel Spencer and Dr. Patricia Miller Spencer KC Naming Rights Sponsors present the 3'x5' KC commemorative flag to C.K. Buddington - Chairman of the Friends Of Penn Relays.

Mr. Audley and Mrs. Shelly Hewett, Naming Rights Sponsors presented the 3 'x5' KC commemorative flag to Dr. Geneive Brown-Metzger - Board Member of the Friends of Penn Relay.

Michael Vascianna, Esq. Chairman of the Board of Kingston College received the 50th Anniversary Flag from Mr. Dave Johnson - The Frank Dolson Director of the Penn Relays.

Dr. Errol Wilson, KC Naming Rights Sponsor presents the 3'x5' KC commemorative flag to Mr. Dave Johnson - The Frank Dolson Director of the Penn Relays.

Mr. Don Wehby, CEO of GraceKennedy and Naming Rights Sponsor of the 440yds Wall of Fame Inductees of the 1964 KC team will present the 3'x5' KC commemorative flag to Mr. Steve Bilsky Director of Athletics.

The Commemorative Flag Procession participants included Dr. Patrick Dallas, President of KCOBA (Jamaica) who escorted Mr. Dave Myrie and Mrs. Helen Myrie, and Mr. Don Wehby.

 Mr. Rainford "Perry" Bloomfield, President of KCOBA (USA), escorted Hon Spencer and Dr. Patricia Miller-Spencer.

 Professor Rainford Wilks, Chairman of the Gibson Relays, escorted Chairman of KC’s board of governors, Mr. Michael Vascianna.

 Dr. Garfield Hall KC Old Boy escorted Mr. and Mrs. Audley Hewett and Dr. Errol Wilson

The Hon Minister of Sports Natalie Neita Harley with Dr. Errol Wilson. Hon Neita Harley  received one of the limited edition Jamaica/Kingston College/University of Penn Relays 50th Anniversary Batons.

Dr. John Hall escorted the Minister of Sports.
