With four Jamaican high schools in the finals, Kingston College took the baton across the finish line first in the 4x400 High School Boys’ Championship of America for the third year in a row at the Penn Relays.
It was a Three-Peat!
In one of the most exciting finishes the team of Antonio Forbes, Amal Glasgow, Roshawn Lee and Marcinho Rose clinched the Championship of America in dramatic style.
KC’s time was 3:11:86.
Excelsior was second in 3:12:94 while Bullis from Maryland, USA was third in 3:13:10.

4x100
In the 4x100 Relay the title went to Excelsior High School with KC claiming second place as Herbert Morrison took third.
Daniel Clarke, Yourie Lawrence Clarke, Nyrone Wade and Marcinho Rose carried the baton for KC in this event.
Seven of the nine finalists in this event were Jamaican High schools.

4x800
There were two Jamaica high schools in the 4x800 Championship of America which was won by Jamaica College in 7:42:37 with KC placing 6th with a time of 8:49:65.
3000 meters
Ethan Gioko of KC was the only Jamaican in the 3000-meter Championship. He placed 20th in a time of 8:48:56
Long jump
Nathan Wade of KC was 2nd in the Boys Long Jump Championship with a jump of 23’ 3 ¼ as Balvin Israel of Jamaica College took the title with jump of 23’9”.
