KC Old Boy Organizes Global Fusion Event in Atlanta

Atlanta KC Old Boy Glendon Thompson conceived and is the organizer of the Global Fusion.  It is an extension of Cultures of the Caribbean which celebrates the multiple cultural heritage of the Caribbean.

The mission of Global Fusion is to exhibit a fusion of worldwide cultures to educate and inform while creating events of international significance for economic development.  It is proactive in producing investment opportunities, creating jobs, enhance intellectual enlightenment and cultural understanding. Its vision is global peace through cultural understanding and economic development. 

On March 31, 2012 at Oglethorpe University Lupton Auditorium starting at 2:00 PM, Global Fusion will be celebrating Jamaica's 50th Anniversary by paying tribute to Louise Bennett, OM, OJ, MBE. There will be cultural performances from the Caribbean, USA and Indonesia. Global Fusion is an endorsed event of the Atlanta Jamaica 50th Jubilee Planning Committee. Global Fusion is also an endorsed event of the Queen’s 60th Diamond Jubilee list of events.

There will be speakers from Indian and Chinese investment groups, the British and Indonesian consuls general and the Atlanta honorary consuls general from Jamaica and Botswana. There will also be a surprise announcement from the World Chamber of Commerce.
